How do we start a new unit? Do we plan activities to help the students connect to the new unit or dive straight in? In an inquiry classroom teachers always plan activities to help their students make connections to the new unit. This helps the start off on the right foot!
This day various artefacts related to our unit 'health and well-being' were spread on the carpet. Students had to observe these artefacts and make connections to the topic.
